BonkerBot Terms of Service

Acceptance

By adding BonkerBot to your Discord server or interacting with it, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

BonkerBot is a free, open-source Discord bot that provides anti-scam detection and moderation tools, including:

Do not abuse the report system. Filing false reports may result in your trust score being lowered or your access to bot features being restricted.
Do not attempt to manipulate trust scores. This includes coordinated false reporting, exploiting the training system, or any other form of abuse.
Moderators are responsible for their own servers. BonkerBot provides tools, but ultimate moderation decisions rest with server moderators.

Users who are granted Trainer status have additional responsibilities:

Core Trainers have elevated trust. Abuse of trainer privileges will result in immediate removal and trust score penalties.
Loose Trainers (server owners with 500+ members) have limited training capabilities. Submissions are reviewed before being applied.

BonkerBot is provided "as is" without warranty.
We do not guarantee 100% scam detection accuracy. False positives and false negatives may occur.
We are not responsible for actions taken by server moderators based on BonkerBot's reports.
Service availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or issues may cause temporary downtime.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to BonkerBot for any user or server that violates these terms.
Server administrators can remove BonkerBot at any time. Guild-specific configuration will be deleted upon removal.

BonkerBot is open source under the MIT License. The source code is available at github.com/Orange-Cat-Associated/BonkerBot.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BonkerBot after changes constitutes acceptance.
