Command reference
Every command is a Discord slash command unless marked as a right-click action. Permissions listed are the Discord-side gate — servers can tighten them further in Server Settings → Integrations → BonkerBot.
Everyone

/karma | Your global Karma score — trustworthiness across every BonkerBot-enabled server. Moderators can pass user: to check someone else. |
/appeal submit | Submit a ban appeal for this server, with a written reason. |
/appeal status | Check where your appeal for this server stands. |
/privacy | Read the privacy policy and manage your data — export everything held under your user ID, or request deletion. |
| Report Message (right-click a message → Apps) | Report something suspicious. Rate-limited to 3 reports per 10 minutes. The report is enriched with automated detection results before a moderator sees it. |
Moderators

Mod review embeds carry their own controls (Confirm / Dismiss / Escalate / Add Note), and every automated action posts with an undo button. Those are buttons, not commands.
Server administrators

/botconfig roles | Assign roles, including up to three moderator roles. |
/botconfig toggle | Turn individual features on or off. |
/botconfig modules | Enable or disable whole detection modules (text, links, images, join-spam…). |
/botconfig thresholds | Karma thresholds for join alerts and auto-action on low-trust joins. |
/botconfig tuning | The remaining tunable numbers. |
Start guided, then tune
/setup-server run sets sane defaults for everything /botconfig exposes. You do not need to touch /botconfig at all until something misbehaves.
Bot owner and staff
These are registered to the admin guild only and won't appear in your server. Listed for completeness — you can't run them.

The kill switch
If BonkerBot is misfiring, an administrator can disable all automated actions instantly without removing the bot — detection keeps running and reporting, but nothing acts on its own. It lives in /botconfig toggle. Use it rather than kicking the bot; kicking deletes your guild configuration.
